Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and checkout is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- This homeowner has installed a Ring camera to ensure their home remains safe. No cameras are on the back deck, hot tub area, or interior of the home.
- AWD/4WD is needed for all mountain homes in the winter in case of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Fees and Payments
- This home allows pets. Up to 99 pets are permitted. Additional rent of $25 per night per dog plus taxes applies. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You'll receive two kiln-dried packs of wood and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
- Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
